After a four-year hiatus, we had the chance to make a comeback at one of Canada's most prestigious competitions, the Gold Cup - North American Championships in Montreal.
This event brought together over 540 competitors from both Canada and the USA, spanning all ages and skill levels.
Our team, consisting of 8 competitors, took part in both kata and semi-contact divisions. We performed admirably, showing improvement in various areas while also identifying areas for further growth.
Overall, we had a great time, gaining valuable experiences along the way.
