The date for our 2026 Summer Grading has been set: September 12th at 12:30PM, hosted at the Mississauga Dojo. Students from both Contact Kicks Martial Arts locations, Barrie and Mississauga, will be testing together as one group. Grading is open to all ages and all ranks, from white belt through advanced levels. Grading day is where training gets tested. Happy Canada Day! This weekend both our dojos trained under the Canadian flag. Barrie and Mississauga, kids and adults, we stopped class for a few minutes and talked about what that flag actually means to us. It's easy to walk past a flag every day and stop seeing it.
