On Saturday, February 18th Geminos Dojo organized a seminar hosted by CKMA Mississauga Dojo, featuring Shihan Sergii Getmasnkyi 5th Dan Shinkyokushin from Ukraine.
The seminar focused on special drills and training methods to improve control of the body and to increase the efficiency and smoothness of karate techniques. Everyone had a great time learning new skills and techniques, and the two hours flew by.
We would like to extend a sincere thank you to Shihan Sergii for the wonderful lessons. Furthermore, we are grateful to Senpai Oleg and Geminos Dojo for organizing the seminar and for their participation with students.
