What is Women's Fitness Kickboxing?
Women's Fitness Kickboxing is a program designed to lose weight quickly and get a you in shape. Fitness Kickboxing presents an alternative method to the regular gym routines and offer the participants many long-and-short-term benefits:

The class starts with a warm-up with small running bursts and basic fitness movements. Elevate core temperature and increase dynamic range of motion with large arm movements and hip-opening exercises.
This is followed by high-intensity cardiovascular kickboxing movements. Using kicks, knee strikes, elbow jabs and punches along with equipment like bags, kicking shields and focus mitts you will sweat away the unwanted extra pounds fast.
After a killer cardio session you will get a chance to fine tune technique with 5-10 minutes spent working the basics like stance, punching, slipping, blocking, kicking and breathing. A final 5 minutes will be spent cooling down with stretching.
Is Fitness Kickboxing for me?
It doesn’t matter what condition you’re in so long as you put in 100% of effort you will see results.
No two people are the same so never be discouraged by someone else’s skill level. Work at your own level and notice that with commitment you will get better every class.
