EXCITING NEWS! WOMEN'S FITNESS KICKBOXING AT CKMA!

 

Program:

 

Women's Kickboxing classes are specially tailored to burn calories while learning basic strikes at the pads and heavy bags, as well partner workout for practical applications and self-defense.

Every class will also focus on general fitness workout and stretching routines.

This class will get you in great shape GUARANTIED!

Instructor:

 

Mici Fogarasi - 1st Degree Black Belt in Karate Kyokushin with 13 years experience and 10 years experience in teaching kickboxing and karate.

 

As a mother of 2 little kids ages 5 and 1, Mici finds a way to train 2-3 times a week and teach 2 times a week and she hopes that she can help and inspire other women to stay fit and active while managing a busy career and family life.

 

- Schedule:

 

Wednesday and Saturday from 10AM to 11AM

FIRST  INTRODUCTORY  CLASSES on  Saturday August 24 and Wed Aug 28.

 

- Membership:
