Set your priorities straight !

You want to get your BLACK BELT ? You want to be a CHAMPION ?

 


Here are 3 things first you need to do :
1. Stay healthy !
If you are constantly sick or injured , you can't train.
2. Get fit ! 
If you are not fit, you can't get stronger, faster and you will not be able to execute and enjoy most of the techniques you will learn.
3. Secure your life style and finances !
If you don't have an organized life and if your are missing the finances to pay for the membership , you will not be able to train.

As you can see , the number 1 priority is HEALTH ! 
Withouth a good health, you can't go to the next step. You can't do nothing ! The 2nd step is to get your body to be able perform well, to be stronger. Many students just want to learn a fancy move first, but they are not in shape to execute it right.
The 3rd part is to make sure your life is in order. You are getting enough rest and nutrition and you have the needs to pay for all this plus your classes. No matter how much you want to train, if you don't have the money for your classes , it will be very hard to be accepted as a student at any martial arts school.
Since I started martial arts 30 years ago , my main goal was to be healthier and stronger . I also dreamed that one day I will be a champion and make this a profession. I achieved my goals, but one thing is still the most important for me : my HEALTH .
